Pizza WorkshopYou can make great pizza at home. Peter Litschi and Anthony Falco, two of Brooklyn Kitchen’s favorite pizzaioli, will showcase the techniques to get that perfect pizza pie. Sure, you may not have an 800 degree wood-fired oven, or close to it, but making pizza at home can be a snap with the right ingredients and dough. Each student will make their own personal pizza, with dough made very nearly from scratch, and a variety of seasonal ingredients.
