Columbus Day weekend is here and it’s the perfect time to celebrate Fall in the Hamptons with many wonderful family events.
Wölffer Estate’s annual Harvest Party is Sunday, October 12 from 12pm – 5pm. The event is held adjacent to the main winery where a generous lunch is to be enjoyed, along with Wölffer wines and ciders. There will many activities for the children and adults to partake in, including barrel-rolling, face painting, hayrides, and live music.
Located in East Hampton, this festival was founded to support independent films – long, short, fiction or documentary, with hopes to inspire larger audiences. It exposes international films and filmmakers to American audiences providing an opportunity to impact larger audiences. The 22nd Annual Hamptons International Film Festival will take place October 9-13.
Hank’s Farm is a fantastic place to take the family for annual pumpkin picking! With 420 acres of crops, 48 are dedicated to the annual Hank’s pumpkintown harvest. There’s an array of pumpkins of all sizes to choose from, including everything you could possibly dream of for the most gorgeous Fall decor – gourds of all shapes, vibrant mums, tall corn stalks and so much more! Hank’s is located at 240 Montauk Hwy. in Watermill, NY, open everyday from 9:30am – 6pm.
