One of the reasons I’ve been a member at Tracy for the past 13 years is for her innovative strategies and creativity in the wellness sector. It also helps that the community inherently bolsters and nurtures incredible connections between all the women that are involved and have integrated this wellness routine into their lives.
Especially in the challenging and uncertain times that we face today, it is more important than ever to have a wellness routine and guru that lifts up your mind, body and spirit.
I am so excited for this groundbreaking new development in the Tracy Anderson World.

Tracy Anderson has plans to revolutionize at-home fitness.
The 45-year-old creator of the Tracy Anderson Method shared an avatar version of herself on Instagram early Monday that cryptically teased a new project in its caption: “The future of your health is on its way ✨coming 08.20.20 @tracyandersononlinestudio.”
Steven Beltrani, Anderson’s chief communications officer, confirmed to Page Six that Anderson’s avatar is part of a “reimagined online studio experience … that will revolutionize the way people access their workouts with Tracy across the globe.”
We’re told Anderson and her company have been developing what she’s calling the “gym of the future” since last year and it will be an interactive virtual experience designed to transform the way people work out at home.
Currently, membership to Anderson’s Online Studio is $90 per month. The trainer who has been getting Gwyneth Paltrow, Tracee Ellis Ross and Jennifer Lopez into shape also has been live-streaming classes since the pandemic began.
