A {Blueprint} for Health through the Holidays

Recently I had the opportunity to try what is being described as many as the “Best Juice Cleanse,” BluePrintCleanse, as a gift from my friends at Manhattan Magazine!  There are three options for cleanses offered for delivery or pickup: Renovation Cleanse, Foundation Cleanse, and Excavation Cleanse.  Foodie that I am, I was worried that I would still be hungry after drinking my juice.  I was pleased to find I wasn’t hungry at all!  To follow the cleanse, I ate only veggies for several days following and had no caffeine – just water – plus my Tracy Anderson Method shakes in the morning.  Throughout the week I lost 6 pounds!

According to BluePrint, when choosing your level you should consider what each is made of and what your body has experienced before.  The main difference between the three levels corresponds to how many green juices vs. fruit juices per day. If you are new to juicing and aren’t used to as much green juice, start with Level One and gradually work your way up.
