{Photo Album} Good Morning America with Tracy Anderson

What a great start to 2013, joining Tracy Anderson on Good Morning America with all my inspiring friends from the Tracy Anderson Method studio.  Being a wife, a mom and an entrepreneur has its many daily challenges, however if it wasn’t for my amazing support team and great work outs at Tracy Anderson studios I would not be able to do it all.

The best thing I did 3 1/2 years ago was to commit to an exercise plan that I felt wasn’t like another task to cross off my to do list.  This year I challenge you to find a workout you are passionate about and through which you can set goals that will not only have you feeling really good about yourself but will help you achieve success in your career, relationships, creativity and goals.   Being truly rich in life is to have friends and family who inspire me to be better and support me no matter what my flaws!  I feel blessed to not only have an amazing trainer constantly reinventing a workout and making me look and feel good and be on top of my game but also to have such a incredible women in my life.  A big thank you to Tracy Anderson for this moment!

This year on The {New York} Life, we will be celebrating the “balancing act” of the multi-faceted lifestyles of so many women who balance their careers, marriage, parenting, health and more with energy and grace.  Keep an eye out for our first Balancing Act post this month!
