As most of you know by now, I’m a big advocate of the Tracy Anderson Method and all of her supporting programs. I thoroughly enjoyed her detox program both this summer and the summer before, her leggings for Edition01 are fabulous, and we had a blast on Good Morning America. NOW, I am very excited to share that the Tracy Anderson Method is available to men.

Since Tracy took on male clients such as Robert Downey Jr, Jake Gyllenhaal and Matthew McConnohay it was a natural progression to release a Men’s program for the masses. The program is a great opportunity if you’re looking not only to get in shape, but then to stay in shape with a series of effective fitness methods. The men’s classes can be purchased individually and start at $40 for a one-hour class, which began on October 14.
This fall, we will begin offering a la carte classes at our Tribeca and Studio City studios for men to help them achieve physical flexibility and strength, along with neuroplasticity. The Tribeca location where I work out (24 Hubert St between Greenwich Street and Washington Street) currently offers three classes throughout the week: Tuesday from 8:00 to 9:00 PM, Saturday from 3:30 to 4:30 PM and Sunday from 3:00 to 4:00 PM.
