The {new york EDITION} life

Opening Week at The New York EDITION Centrally located on 24th street and Madison Avenue, The New York EDITION sits directly across from New York’s iconic Madison Square Park. Originally built in 1909 as the headquarters for The Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the historic 41-story clock tower is an iconic New York landmark. The New York EDITION features 273 guest rooms and suites with spectacular views of the city as well as a restaurant, by Michelin-starred chef, Jason Atherton.  The Clocktower restaurant is located on the landmarked second floor and outfitted with mahogany wood paneled walls and specially curated art. The hotel offers approximately 2,100 square feet of versatile meeting and event space, an intimate lobby bar; and a 1,650 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center and spa located on the 39th floor.

The Clocktower, the much-anticipated new restaurant from Jason Atherton, the celebrated Michelin-starred chef from London and acclaimed restaurateur Stephen Star
One of my favorite drinks to have in the NYLoBBy is the Clocktower drink with grapefruit, pommegranate, mint leaves and tequila.
Situated on the 2nd floor of the iconic Metropolitan Life building, which Ian Schrager has transformed into The New York EDITION hotel, the space is comprised of three intimate dining rooms overlooking Madison Square park, a billiards room and a lively bar.

The Clocktower provides all day dining for those who enjoy high-quality, seasonally inspired food and drink in a unique setting. The menu offers contemporary British cuisine featuring updated takes on classic dishes and traditional tavern fare.
