Tribeca is gaining more and more Michelin Star Eateries. After redefining fine-casual caviar dining on the Upper East Side, Chef Buddha Lo’s acclaimed Huso has expanded to Tribeca, bringing an elevated, immersive tasting menu to its sleek new home inside Marky’s Caviar at 323A Greenwich Street. With twice the space, a full kitchen, and a meticulously curated menu, the two-time Top Chef winner is poised to reinvent luxury dining in New York once again.

From a Caviar Speakeasy to a Fine Dining Destination
Originally a hidden gem behind the curtains of Marky’s Caviar on Madison Avenue, Huso quickly gained a cult following for its artfully prepared, caviar-infused dishes. Now, in a more expansive Tribeca space, Lo and his team have the creative freedom to push boundaries, refining their approach to technique-driven, ingredient-focused tasting menus.
With only 28 seats across two levels, Huso remains exclusive, offering a 12-course, $265 signature menu, available with either a standard ($200) or premium ($450) wine pairing. A private dining room for eight offers an intimate experience, complete with access to an impressive 1,300-bottle wine collection curated by Kevin Goyenechea (formerly of Michelin three-star Jungsik).

The Art of Caviar, Reimagined
Unlike many high-end restaurants that simply add caviar for luxury’s sake, Lo takes a more thoughtful approach—selecting each caviar variety based on its salinity, texture, and flavor profile, ensuring it enhances rather than overwhelms the dish. I am so excited to try it this weekend!
Menu Highlights:
- Everything Bagel Tarte – King salmon, crème cru, Saint Urgeon Kaluga caviar.
- Tamaki Egg – Barbecued eel, Kaluga Royal Amber caviar.
- Dry-Aged Duck with Beet & Shiso – A tribute to Lo’s Chinese culinary roots, paired with classic dry-aging techniques.
For those who prefer a non-caviar indulgence, the final savory course, dry-aged duck, is a true standout—first presented whole with florals and Geraldton wax, then carved and plated with vibrant beet preparations.

A Stunning New Space That Elevates the Experience
Huso’s Tribeca location seamlessly blends luxury with understated elegance:
- A discreet entrance through Marky’s retail shop (hidden behind midnight-blue walls).
- Cream-colored walls, gray leather chairs, and oak wood detailing, creating a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere.
- Banquettes in deep blue velvet, adding a touch of drama to the otherwise neutral-toned space.
The wine cellar, tucked beneath the private dining room, offers guests a rare glimpse into one of NYC’s most extensive collections, featuring 150 labels spanning the best of Old and New World wines.
