Last night, the Whitney Museum of American Art transformed into a dazzling Studio 54-inspired wonderland, once again proving that NYC’s art scene is truly unstoppable. With mesmerizing lights, groovy beats, and a crowd dressed to impress, the Art Party was more than just a night of dancing—it was a vibrant celebration of creativity, culture, and the next generation of artists and visionaries.
There’s nothing I love more than a great dance party, especially one with a fun theme and surrounded by beautiful friends. A huge thank you to Jaclyn Deluca at Jenna Perry for giving me the perfect ’70s big hair curls and to The Webster for the stunning Paco Rabanne leopard-print gold dress—pure disco magic!

From the moment we stepped inside, the energy was electric. The legendary museum became a glittering disco dream, filled with art lovers, creatives, and New York’s cultural tastemakers. The dance floor pulsed with a Studio 54 vibe, where guests, including artists, collectors, and influencers, embraced the era’s bold fashion and free-spirited energy.

Chaired by Steven Beltrani and Micaela Erlanger, the event wasn’t just about revelry—it was a fundraising powerhouse supporting the Whitney’s Independent Study Program, which helps cultivate and uplift emerging artists. It was a reminder of the vital role that artists play in shaping our world, challenging perspectives, and keeping NYC’s creative pulse alive.

While the music kept us moving, the exhibitions kept us inspired. The Edges of Ailey installation—a landmark exhibition paying tribute to Alvin Ailey’s groundbreaking contributions to dance—provided an immersive artistic experience beyond the dance floor. Throughout the night, guests mingled over cocktails and passed bites, connecting over their shared love for art, culture, and the city that fuels it all.

The night was truly one for the books—a celebration of New York’s creative energy, the power of artistic expression, and the vibrant community that keeps it all alive. Until next time, Whitney—keep the disco ball spinning!
