The Tribeca Life… All across Manhattan, condominium projects are in the works especially in Tribeca. Tribeca has evolved in the last two decades and the average price in the trendy neighborhood has jumped from $182 per square foot in 1993 to $1,569 per square foot in 2013.
Per Tribeca Citizen, this is the list of all the newest developments coming to the neighborhood.
Here are the new neighbors on the block giving expansive spaces, gyms, gardens, rooftops, design and much more.
290 West Street
This building will consist of 11-story, 40,000-square-foot building with only 13 units. The team of VE Equities and Adjmi & Andreoli is continuing its takeover of Tribeca’s new development-ready lots.
460 Washington
460 Washington Street will be soon occupied by a 10-story building. It will have a total of 107 residences. At just over 140,000 feet of total space, typical apartments will average 1,300 square feet.
71 Laight Street
Sterling Mason is a stunning, 6-story loft apartment building that replicates its original 1906 red-brick masonry building. This building will be a 33-unit project, and the building’s 96,000 square feet mean average residences top 3,000 square feet.

11 North Moore

15 Leonard will consist of nine stories and six units. Collection of full-floor, four bedroom condominiums. Prices at the project, developed by Tribeca Development Partners and Gold Development, start at $6.15 million. Town Residential New Development is heading up sales.
The “quintessentially downtown” building features four full-floor, four-bedroom homes, one townhouse and one triplex penthouse, all with keyed elevator access, according to a statement from the developers. Residents will also access to a private parking garage. Master suites at the building include 75-foot private terraces and apartments feature six-inch wide walnut flooring throughout.
