After the real estate market upswing, dining al fresco through all fall and winter 2020, and adapting to sticking to streaming with guru Tracy Anderson, I lost track of my wellness regime. Weight piled on and although I was very busy in the real estate life I was feeling fatigued and suffering from inflammation.
I got back on track and meditated with the lovely Tamara Levitt via the Calm App. I continued my streaming with Tracy Anderson 5-6 days a week and I joined my husband, Mark, and friend, Christina, to go on a Zero Sugar Detox for 30 days.
I found it interesting that after the first 4 days I have not only dropped a significant amount of weight but gained clarity and an enormous amount of energy. My sleep was deeper and I felt calmer within.

As I continue the wellness series for 2021 I will share all the gains from this 30 day zero sugar challenge. As of this moment I lost 9.5 pounds and feel like Wonder-Woman!
