Elliman Endeavor 2025 — Las Vegas

In October, Mark and I traveled to Las Vegas for the Elliman Endeavor Conference—an immersive, future-forward gathering of the nation’s top luxury agents, hosted at the iconic Wynn Las Vegas. This wasn’t just another industry summit; it felt like the beginning of a new chapter.

We were energized by the opportunity to deepen relationships with the best agents across the country—allowing us to extend our white-glove service far beyond New York City for our clients.

We were also excited to hear the major announcement that Elliman struck an $85 million deal to sell its property management arm to PMG Holdings, a subsidiary of Associa, one of the largest property management firms in the nation. According to CEO Michael Leibowitz, the deal represents a “tremendous opportunity” for Elliman, strengthening our ability to deliver highly personalized service with more agility than a traditional corporate structure.

The conference left us inspired, aligned, and ready for what’s next.

Defining the Next Era of Real Estate

Endeavor was more than a celebration of Elliman’s legacy—it was a vision board for what’s coming next. From new tools that redefine client experience to provocative ideas about where—and how—people want to live, it felt like stepping into the future of our industry.

One of the most exciting moments was the announcement of Douglas Elliman’s rebranding partnership with Watson, the renowned creative agency known for elevating global brands like Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons. Founder William Richmond-Watson took the stage and gave us an exclusive preview of the brand evolution coming in Spring 2026. The message was clear: legacy and luxury are being reimagined for a new generation.

Evolutionary ideas and agent expertise dominated the Elliman Endeavor stage, where breakout panels and keynotes from Michael S. Liebowitz, Jay Phillip Parker, Not Impossible, Crystal Washington CSP, and Jesse Israel showcased innovation and thought leadership, alongside the exciting announcement that Elliman has officially landed in France and Monaco.

From the panels to the intimate hallway conversations, one theme echoed throughout: innovation is no longer optional—it’s expected.
