The { Art } Life: TOWN Residential at Art Basel at Miami Beach
This past week, I was thrilled to join TOWN Residential alongside VIPs, trendsetters, art enthusiasts, and global real estate leaders at the world’s premier international art show, Art Basel, in Miami Beach.
TOWN Residential, New York’s leading luxury real estate services firm, is proud to participate in Art Basel Miami Beach. More than 300 of the world’s leading galleries are currently in Miami Beach to showcase historical work from the masters of modern and contemporary art as well as newly created pieces by emerging stars. Art Basel Miami has drawn an international crowd of more than 70,000 trendsetters, celebrities, art enthusiasts, and global real estate leaders.
TOWN Executives attending Art Basel Miami Beach are Andrew Heiberger, CEO and Co-Chairman; Joseph Sitt, Co-Chairman of TOWN Residential and CEO of Thor Equities; Wendy Maitland, President of Sales; Shlomi Reuveni, Managing Director of TOWN New Development; Anna Zarro, Senior Vice President, Development Marketing and Leasing; and Bert Dweck.

As we are experiencing in New York, attention-grabbing world class projects are rising throughout the Miami area from Aventura to South Beach, Downtown Miami to North Bay Village, Brickell Avenue to Miami Arts District. While in Miami, the TOWN Residential team has toured Ian Schrager’s Edition at Miami Beach designed by world renowned architect John Pawson; visited Miami’s famed Faena House; and attended the opening of the Sales Gallery of the FENDI Château Residences – FENDI’s first branded real estate project.
Guests of TOWN Residential enjoyed a bespoke art tour featuring a private viewing of the Rubell Family and de la Cruz collections as well as a private tour of the Art Basel Fair at the convention center.
