As we approach the end of this decade, we give thanks as we look forward to 2020.
This decade our family went from owning a residential brokerage, Mark David & Company, to selling our company and in 2018 finding our new home at Corcoran, as one of the top teams in Manhattan. We have transacted on a multitude of deals while building amazing and fulfilling relationships along the way. Our ride has been incredible as a New York family, experiencing the ups and downs of the market and life. Wow, such opportunities for growth have brought us to where we are today. We are grateful to Corcoran for the amazing platform and unending support these past two years.

Reports on Contracts Signed | December 9-15, 2019
$4 Million and Above 25 Contracts Signed
Twenty-five contracts were signed last week at $4 million and above. It marked the 5th time in the last 6 weeks that the luxury market posted a solid performance.
Co-ops comprised only 4 of the 25 signed contracts, while 13 out of 19 condo contracts signed were for sponsor/developer properties. It was the highest total of sponsor sales since the 2nd week of March.
