Exposing Your Home – Broker Party Editon

COVID restrictions have FINALLY lifted and we’re so excited that we can gather again with our fellow brokerage community. While this can be an independent business at times, there’s nothing like face-to-face interactions with our fellow colleagues from other brokerages.

We recently hosted our first post-COVID broker’s open garden party at our townhouse listing on 112 West 13th Street. My dear friend Peter provided exceptional food and drinks for the evening and I’m so grateful. The turnout was excellent and I’m happy to connect with fellow agents that I haven’t seen in what feels like ages.

As as seller, “What’s in it for me?” is the question I’m sure you’re asking.

This isn’t just an opportunity for brokers to mingle and gossip over champagne and hors d’oeuvres. This is an opportunity to give your property the maximum amount of exposure necessary to sell it the quickest. Interested brokers can all gather at one place and time allowing the listing broker to host multiple people at a time. It gets agents excited for the product while also creating a sense of urgency as it shows how many parties are interest in the property.

Broker previews also allow brokers to establish stronger relationships with one another. While there are thousands of agents in NYC alone, the community is actually quite small, especially at the top 😉 This meeting of the minds helps us share inside information such as on current and upcoming deals as well as off-market properties. Staying ahead in this industry is crucial and is what helps us provide our clients with the highest level of service.

No one does it like The Saez/Fromm Team.
