Many of you may already know of my passion for the Tracy Anderson Method and my investment in it. If you have a love of dance and a tiny build, Tracy’s method is highly recommended.  I love taking a dance class paired with a mat class – it’s the perfect way to sculpt and get in your cardio, plus fun time!  Dancing is so good for my happiness!

Private Yoga Sessions

Thanks to wellandgoodnyc.com, I discovered there is a service that provides yoga sessions in the comfort of your own home.  Provita, allows you to order yoga-class delivery in as little as two hours. There are now close to 100 New York yoga teachers participating in the service.

High Intensity Interval Training

Popular barre and yoga destination Exhale, will be opening a new studio in the Flatiron District and will be home to a brand-new High Intensity Interval Training Class. The class packs as much intense energy as possible into a little time as possible. It consists of series of very short, super-intense, cardio strength intervals, with short recovery periods in between, all confined to a time period that’s usually between 10 and 45 minutes.
