The {Real Estate} Life: Black Apartment Party
We were thrilled to have an event at the iconic Black Apartment, one of the most notorious apartments in NYC in the heart of Chelsea. We were honored to greet Chelsea’s top brokers in the city with signature cocktails named Tom Ford and Gucci as they are Cindy Gallop’s favorite designers, which you can see all through the apartment in details like a Gucci helmet, bike, chainsaw, and gold-plated alligator, to Tom Ford books and candles. We were thrilled to have our favorite photographer Jonathan Grassi capture the excitement the brokers had at the event.
This event was to feature the “The Black Apartment Reimagined” through it’s expansive 3,750 sq. ft open wide Loft 8 windows with Southern and Eastern exposure. Although it’s been featured in music videos, fashion shoots, and countless magazines for it’s unique decor and collection of art, The Black Apartment is a 3,750 square foot open loft layout – rarely seen in New York City – and that’s what truly makes it so special.
By day its a large, airy and light filled home, metamorphosis into a darkly dramatic space with a glossy private club vibe – New York Interiors.
It’s an open canvas to design a 4 bedroom home in the heart of Chelsea. At an asking price of $5,250,000 it’s an amazing investment the current market at $1,400 per sq. ft.
