The day I met Tracy Anderson I believed I met the Uber Trainer that was going to change my body and my wellness regime forever….
Well… it did but the most amazing gift was that I gained a true friendship that is priceless.
We met in 2009 in her first Tribeca Studio on Hubert Street. I will never forget how in awe the room was from having one of the most inspiring presentations of a new work out that no one had experienced before.
This is a community of like-minded women who are just striving everyday to be their best selves inside and out.
A support group that has inspired me and pushed me out of my comfort zone in more ways than I can ever imagine. All by meeting this one creative genius who creates everyday movement for our bodies to age their best and to gain control of these crazy schedules we have in building our lives.
I must have danced in the Tracy Anderson studio through rough patches in my marriage, financial woes, uncertainty about the direction I was going in at some points, insecurities, strategizing the next deal in real estate, selling our company, my mothers passing, but somehow landed on my feet, saw the way to make it right, to breathe to change, to transform and to not let life’s challenging moments take my magic or my light away. No matter what I found the strength in me through faith and movement to live and love. All due to building wonderful friendships and establishing a wellness routine that enlightens and strengthens.
I am beyond grateful as many of the women I know are to meet such an amazing human and to share a journey that I feel completely blessed with.
