The summer is certainly heating up, but the hottest part about NYC right now are the new developments from some of my favorite architects popping up in Tribeca. Here are 8 buildings to watch, and I’m sure you won’t be able to miss them.
One of the newest additions to fabulous Chelsea is the champagne garden at the High Line Hotel, Champagne Charlie. This chic pop-up restaurant just opened in the very European looking front garden of The High Line Hotel on Tenth Avenue. From legendary Australian restaurateur Lincoln Pilcher, known for Moby Dick’s in Montauk and Gilligan’s at the Soho Grand.
I had the pleasure this week of closing on an apartment that I have come to love. The 4th floor at 47 Murray combines the elegance of a prewar loft with the epitome of modern luxury living.
